You can set working hours in Gcal and put ‘Do not book’ blocks. This allows you to spend quality time with your family, which is just as crucial as work.”

When I’m fully rested, I tackle the day full steam ahead. It’s tempting to try to be supermum every day, but knowing when to give your all or hold back is crucial.”
